precision 39mm wastegate?

Has anyone used the precision 39 mm wastegate with luck?

it seems like the tial 38 is very popular. The precision 39 is supposed to be an upgrade. It is a larger opening than a standard puck in a internal style wastegate? I would think since it has a larger surface area it should control boost better than an internal style? 39mm is 1.54"?

I am using the Tial 38 and it works good. I am happy with it. Great boost control. I am sure the PTE works well too.
