similar thing happened to me

I went through that. The vendor said for me to call the shipping company which I did. They told me to file the claim & keep the merchandise so that an inspector could do an adjustment of damage & then I could ship it back to the vendor. After 60 days I did this. Then I was told that I had to have the vendor file the claim. But the catch 22 was if I shipped the item back it would void original claim as then damage could occur in return shipping. This has went on since before christmas of 05. Still waiting for word if the shipping company is gonna accept responsiblity for the damage they caused because the driver was in a hurry to get home that day & just threw my package around like a side of beef. I am stuck with having to pay for the damage, then pay additional shipping there & back. Which all in all I am gonna be out about 400 more dollars. Nothing new. All the big shipping companies use these same bs tactics. Good luck. Oh mine had 200 dollars insurance but again the will find a way to screw you outta what you deserve.

Precision....hmmm...oh yeah, the guys that have had my downpipe order since November 9th and keep telling me it will be in next week. I could stare at my car and hope one magically appears before I'll get this one.

God I'm gonna buy an LS1 F-body...

How hard is it to make a downpipe? I mean, Precision told me they cast their own turbine and compressor housings, so why couldn't they bend/fabricate a downpipe for a customer?
