Price of used rims.

I found two Chrome rims from a 83 Regal in the junkyard today.
They wanted twenty a piece, they have two on the car.
I was wondering if that is a good deal if they are in good condition.

I didnt even know any 83 regals came with chrome rims, I thought they all came with wire wheel hub caps

If they are 14" they ware worth about $20.00 each. I have tons of them. You could still get the caps new. Not sure if they are still available.
If you need 2 more let me know.

I will prolly check out the ones at the junkyard tomorrow.
I might even need four if they aren't in good condition.

I believe they used that same mag since the early 70's.

if you don't absoilutely NEED them right now, offer $25 for the pair, and walk away for a month or two. go back, and casually mention that you'd still be willing to take those rims if they'd like to make some actual money off them instead of just having them sit there and rust.
