Problem setting TPS

I just put in a Hemco plenum and a Jay Jackson TB. My TPS is set at 46 at idle. The problem is it only goes to 4.40 at WOT. More realisticaly it goes to around 3.36 when using the pedal (not just cranking open the TB). Will this be a problem? I have a feeling it was like this before the Hemco and TB. Now if I just could get the IAC over 00................................
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Oh yeah, I'm not running a Thrasher anymore. JC 94 streeet chip. Not that matters with this, but I thought I'd throw that in there anyway.

Are your IAC's always zero or do the start higher and drop to 0? That could be normal based on the chip.

If you file those two ridges off the TPS that look like bananas, you get some more adjustability in where you can locate the TPS sensor.
