problems with the pt51 turbo

hey guys,

I have a pt51 turbo me and my dad have just put on and we got the downpipe (a 3' TH) and the stock headers to fit and the intake but the up pipe from the intercooler to the thorttlebody will not fit because intake pipe hits it and their is about a inch gap hieght wise between them. i was wondering if anybody had this same problem and how they fixed it. Thanks.

You probably need to loosen the six bolts on the compressor housing and readjust the position. Don't forget to reset the wastgate actuator, too.

If you're running a stock IC, stock IC up pipe, stock TB, and stock plenum, your up pipe should fit fine and should not contact the MAF pipe.

Your MAF pipe isn't larger than 3", is it?

There's no plenum spacer on the car, right?
