pst super kit help

On the lower A-arms I have 3 different sized bushings given to me with the kit and they all have metal casing around them. Do the old metal flanged sleeves (casings) need to come out of the A-arm?
I have burned out the old rubber bushing and removed the center bolt sleeve already but the flanged casing sleeve remains in the a-arm and is flanged on both ends so I do not know how they would come out.
Also which bushings do I use out of the 3 different sizes supplied with the kit?
There were no instructions sent with the kit.

PST kit

When I did my front end with the PST kit we pushed out the entire bushing with the sleeve. Then pressed in the new bushings with the shiny new sleeves. I think I've got a pic around here somewhere, I'll send it to your e-mail account. - BB
