PT-51 limit

I was wondering what is the best et anyone has gotten out of the PT-51? I haven't seen any comments that suggested it would take you very far. I'm thinking about the next step and wondering if my turbo is what will hold me back. Here is my set up: Stock: motor, suspension, torque converter and rearend; PT-51, THDP,009's Conleys chip, Thunder fabrications stock location stretch IC, and most of the minor mods. Best so far is 12.030 @113 with TC locked 1.65 60'. I'm thinking rear springs, porting the heads and a cam. Anyone been here, done that?

Nope, your turbo isnt the limiting factor. They should get you in the mid to low elevens at least. (some claim high high tens)

wont make high tens in a regal...

a friends stock motored GN best was 11.59@116 with 51 turbo at 26# boost...but it didnt last long at that.

Not a GN but I've been as high as 119.7 with mine. That was with the stock D5 so I was pulling 2.0 short times. Running 93 octane.

Now I have a 9/11 and it should do a little better

I'm running the Thrasher 92, PT51, 50# injectors, 210/205 cam, SMC alky kit, THDP, SLP cat back, stock heads, stock intercooler, stock 3.27 gears with Nittos.
