When the 54 first came out, Harry H. told me it was good for high 10's, and that he already had one customer running 10.6's (weight unspecified). Your 127 roughly equals 10.67 so flow/hp-wise I think you are done. Even if there's a little left, it's time to step up anyway. Please let us know when you do, and what boost/performance the new turbo gives you.

Even if your turbo is "maxed out", it still should be able to blow more boost than 20psi, even if it is just heated air. Regardless of what boost you are running, I'd say thats the end of that turbo. So in your very first post, why did you stress the boost, then say it does not matter later? You should of just left that part out if it does not matter.
