PT54 maybe?

Hey I need some turbo gurus to help me ID the turbo on my GN. My car had multiple exhaust leaks when I bought it and I took the turbo off to fix them and also found some shaft play, I wanna be prepared to buy a rebuild kit for it if possible and I need to know what to get. I have paperwork that says "PT 54 / .63 PT&E Housing" I'm assuming that stands for PT54 turbo with a .63 exhaust housing on it. But then I found a receipt for an alleged rebuild from 2008 for a "T3/T4" so is the PT54 based on a T3/T4? I also wanna get a TT chip soon and I need to know exactly what turbo I have. I've included all the pictures of any numbers on the turbo as well as the receipts. Any help would be great thanks

Here are the pics. And Yes I know the exhaust housing is pitted and kinda wrecked where it attaches to the DP that's where one of the leaks was

Looks like a PT54 to me, 59mm compressor and 69 trim turbine.

Where can I get a rebuild kit for one of these? And is it normal to have some up and down play? It's not too severe. it has NO in and out play. And what numbers did you see tho tell you the trims?

It should have slight side to side, but not enough to contact the housing. If you think it needs rebuilt, contact Bison on this board, he will set you up right. There are no numbers, I can tell by looking at the wheels.

The only way to know for sure is to measure the turbine exducer to identify it as a t04 69 trim. That's a good combo of wheels. The 69 trim has a 2.42" exducer

I can get you any of the parts to update the cartridge. You need to measure the journal size before I can supply parts
