Vader, call Hartline, I dont think they will give you a turbo but they would like to at least help you out as best they can to obtain a turbo at a fair price. Even if they cant get you a turbo for what you can afford the worst thing that could happen with a phone call is no deal made so its worth a shot. Also, the info I gave you should help you at least contact the owner of the business, remember, it was the owner, not steve that paid Hartline for the parts so if Steve is ripping people off by trying to sell parts off his boss's car he might find himself out on his ass with no unemployment benefits.

Paypal SUCKS! FYI if you guys ever want to buy something with paypal, empty your paypal account, and use the option to pay with your credit card, instead of your bank account. most credit card companies, if not all, will not hold you responsible for fraudulent charges. at least this is what i was told when i called paypal and asked them about making a 600 dollar purchase from a board member. i then called my credit card company and they told me i would be covered if the guy f'd me.
sorry if someone already posted this... i didn't read the whole thread. just feel like venting about how terrible paypal is.
i hate paypal but i admit i still use it because it's so convenient. i hate dealing with them though. i always let them know what thieves they are. they're so stupid that one time i had to make a claim and they told me they recovered $0 of my money, like it was good news or something. luckily the item came a few weeks later and the seller proved it to them with a receipt, and they asked me to give them back the $0 that they fought for me and got me. i felt like smacking anyone who worked for paypal.
not to mention, paypal rapes the seller when money is sent to them.
well i wish you luck and i hope you get your hands on that punk.
