PTC Converter & New Pac Springs

Here's a PTC 9" N/L converter that is a 17 blade with less than 500 miles on it. New right at $1100 asking $800.
Brand new set of Pac valve springs from Full throttle 1201 X's . Paid $350 asking $250.

It's rated right at 3500 3600.

A 17 blade will flash stall around 5000rpm under low 10 sec power. It would take a lot of engine to 0 boost stall at 3500 to 3600. On an average TR, probably around 3000.

I bought your billet 9/11 lu 3400 last year. I think this PTC is more what I need. Trade the 9x11 plus some cash? I only put 2000 miles on it and maybe 10 passes in the 1/8 and 5 or 6 in the 1/4 on it at mid 10's, never locking it up while racing.
