Apologies, wasn’t clear: 2-3 psi low while idling and the vacuum line off the FPG.

The rail pressure falls from about 40 psi to 10 psi in under 30 seconds.

Had a similar issue. Hose on hanger came loose spraying into the vent tube with gas dripping from the charcoal canister.

Update: Got the tank down today and it turns out the black hose that connects the pump to the hanger assemble was leaking past the hose clamps. Replaced that and it's holding pressure after prime. Looks to be a delphi pump so I think we will just leave that in there, and install the turbo tweak pump and hotwire kit when it's needed.
