PTC Converter NEW - a 10" non lock. Stall around 2800 at 0# of boost.
(PT6-10-700-27-NLUs)
$490 obo plus s+h

converter

Can this be loosened up a bit by Dusty .Maybe around 3500. Is this for a 2004r

I thought this was a non-lock up, my mistake. What do you consider loose for a 4.1 with 218 dur. 3600-3800? turbonetics66.

It can be made that loose but I wouldn't do it. 3500 is too loose, especially for a 10" lock-up.

Ok, I sent a private message to absolutely ensure that this was a 10" non lock, at 2800 rpms. Regardless of what the title says, my private messaged asked just that. Then, I said, if it is indeed a ptc, 2800, 10 inch, non lock, for said bid, I will indeed take it.... Sooooo which is it, a lock up or non lock up. If it's a lock up, don't cash that money order that is en route to you now as we speak.

It is a non lock......my mistake. I was thinking of it being a 10" converter which is most commonly a lock up.

It is a non lock but is still a 10" which is the same converter as the lock-up's, just without the lock-up internals. It will have the same characteristics as the 10" lock-up.

I would never go over a 3200 stall at 0# with this 10" converter. The 3200 will spool a 66mm turbo so anymore stall will just cause excessive slip.

If someone needs more than a 3200 stall in a 10" converter it's time for a 9.5 non lock. Even with the same 0# boost stall rating, they will outspool and out mph the 10" converter. There is a lot more to a converters behavoir than a stall rating.
