There's only 1 bracket. It uses the stock bracket on the driverside. It uses a spacer and a waterpump bolt on the other bracket which is an aluminum bracket. The cooler itself has 2 studs on the back of it that fit into the alum bracket after you have it secured to the engine. I just elongated the holes a little in the alum bracket and it dropped right in.
