I have a PTS 9/11 Torque Converter for sale. It has an advertised stall of 2800, but with a TA49 turbo I have been able to foot stall this TQ to 3500. I want $300 plus shipping for it. I paid $600 for it in 2004 and ran it for 1 year approximately 5000 miles before I upgraded to a higher stall TQ. Pictures:
