Pushrod advice

I am looking for pushrod advice for a GN1 headed on center engine. I am running a solid roller with Isky 1241 tall aluminum top lifters and open pressure on the springs is 600lbs. Can I get away with a .120 wall 5/16", 11/32", 3/8" taper??? Thanks for any advice.

The wall is fine. I would go the largest diameter you could fit.

Bigger= better. Push rods can flex and cause issues. We ended up going to .120 wall 7/16 on a StageII engine to keep the push rods from "contacting" the head gaskets. That was with 750 over the nose.
