If I get a set of T&D rockers,can I use my same pushrods

Yes, you should be able to use the same pushrods.

If these are iron heads, you may have to clearance the stands, or the rockers may interfere with them.

I set then up on the mill and cup them,
Id like to see some numbers on depth and width.
I used a 1/2 ball end mill went 3/8 down and 5/8 wide
