If it's an older standard Turbonetics Q trim wheel (before 2000) compared to a standard P trim, then yes there is a slight power increase. I would say around 20-30hp. If it's a Precision GT-Q turbine wheel, there is a significant difference. The PT70-1 aka PT7076H supports up to 800 fwhp, the PT70 GT-Q is rated to support up to 850-860 fwhp when maxed out.
