quarter glass window

does anyone know if you can change the rubber trim seal thats around these windows? i bought a "nice" window from a guy on here and the rubber is cracked up. my old rubber is in good shape. can i switch them? thanks.

The lip is PVC that was molded over the stainless and glass. You could try to cut it back under the molding to get a removable seal but I don't think it would work well.
