Question about my PTE-6365

Thanks guys.. I bought and had the springs installed when I had the heads off and put the new cometics on. The other springs that were on the heads were 90 on the seat and thought that was low. What's a good springs for this set up? I plan to yank the converter after I get it all back together and make sure all is good again. I also plan to sell the 50lb injectors and grab some 60's for sure. Is there an injector that is to much injector in case I finds good deal on something larger than a 60?

I agree a smaller cam would be more responsive and more fun on the street, roller cam would be ideal. Springs are wrong too.I have a comp 206 rollercam kit for irons if you want it, decent price too. Has springs, pushrods, everything in kit. Lmk

So if I keep the combo the same for the most part what springs should I go with? Everybody wants to say they're wrong, but nobody wants to give correct ones to use. I have the injectors and turbo back from being freshened up and flowed. I plan on selling the injectors and getting some 60's. I also plan on loosening up the converter or getting one that will suit it better.

Here's my cam info and recommendations for springs from comp cams site. Not arguing at all but What else can I use?

i would change the cam and springs, leave the converter alone it will work fine with a smaller cam to help spool that turbo as long as it will flash to above 3200 plus when you brake boost it, an rjc valve or similar might help spool up a bit also, it did for me and its cheap too. that cam is more suited to top end pull and u lose bottom end response, thats what makes them fun on the street to drive....springs i would ask tom at champion, bison, for the best options there but my thinking is 100/110 seat psi if your really going to run that cam...i run 95/96 lbs but with a 208 cam, lots of low end torque and easy spool, and works great on top, 5500

great looking car by the way, i painted a buddys car almost identical color to yours (its what i do) back in 1989, everyone that saw it loved it, he got tons of looks, back when nobody painted a gn a differerent color yet!!
