I'm a new user here this is my first post i figure i would give it a try to see if i could get some of my questions answered because i'm from Delaware and not to many people have GNs so it is rather difficult to talk to people about these cars.

 I got a THDP and the cat. that came with it and i don't know if the cat. and the down pipe will be long enough to reach the flange for the exhaust system. I have the hooker 2.5" dual exhaust

If anybody that put these on their car or knows if they fit would reply about some information i will be very thankful. because i haven't put them on yet. i was wondering if they fit or if i need to make the down pipe longer
Thanks,

It should be a straight bolt in.Make sure you have some High Temp Anti Sieze for all the bolts.Don't tighten the clamp for the D/P-CAT connection until you've got the D/P positioned away from the frame[proper height].I like to see the D/P set up so it just clears the heater box. That way when the engine torques around the D/P doesn't hit the frame.

You're right about Delaware, I checked the list on gnttype:
Delaware and other States TR owners
Here's what I did a little over a year ago. I did not know too much about the cars, started researching, then emailed some people within a couple hours. Turns out they invited me to Bowling Green and it worked out great. We have our own group of TR friends and owners we communicate with in the area and help each other out with the cars (learning a lot at the same time). That might be a good start for you. Contact a few people in Delaware, even if they are not close, and see if they know any TR owners closer to you.

On the THDP, if you don't have to worry about the cat in Delaware, use the test pipe with cutout that came with the THDP. I think it recommends orange high temp gasket sealer at the DP/Test pipe connection, no clamp. That's how I did mine.

Should be a direct bolt in. I have the THDP and the 3 inch test with the cut out bolted to a hooker system on my car and have had no problems other than the down pipe hitting my upper control arm because my front springs need replaced.

THDP

thank you for the information i hope the pipe and the cat. fit alright i'm planing on installing them in a week or two.
