I think I know which white wire the timing wires from the Translator plus splice into, but I want to be 100% sure before I go to splicing.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but it splices into the wiring harness that is on the "drivers side of the coil pack" & is the white wire closest to the firewall. This harness is basically a row of wires that has a black plastic cover over it. Is that correct?
Also, Ramchargers included some I guess what they call " shrink splices" to use to connect the wires, what I'm wondering is, after you crimp them,is it necessary to heat these up to shrink them with a lighter or heat gun?

Terminal A closest to the firewall is correct.

I soldered my connection. Didn't cut the existing line either. Strip back about 1/8" of insulation and slide it over so it leaves that gap. Wrap the new lead stripped back around 1/2" bare wire around this opening about 3 times tightly. Solder the new connection and wrap it up.

Good for 15 years or so. ;)

I hate any crimped connector unless you can solder them also.

Those included you can't.

I wouldn't use them on any of the connections myself, ECM or module locations.

Just my .02.
