Questions regarding front mount intercoolers

Will the pipes clear a cross brace under the radiator? How about jounce bars and a 36mm swaybar? Can an auxiliary trans cooler be mounted between the intercooler and condenser. I'm assuming the cross braces have to go. Thanks.

My Cottons FMIC cleared the factory sway bar, which I removed. The triangulation braces are on my car, my aux cooler is between the FMIC and condensor.

Had to remove the center Jounce Bar, kept sway bar.Cooler between the FMIC and Radiator.

Is that the 315 from RJC and what radiator are you running? Typical temps you see?

Yes and its a Fbody radiator. With my fans, never or 175

Those temps are impressive for the F body radiator. I have the Ramcharger (Intrepid) fans so I think they should be good.

I also built an air box to force air directly through the fmic. It will hold a piece if paper to the front grill with the fans on.

More than the stock boxing in flaps? Would you happen to have a picture of that?

You can use a heat gun to form it. I formed a 90 degree angle and used 3m double side tape to secure it to the FMIC. There is a bottom portion as well but no pics, sorry!
