quick question...what's the stock boost level??

I've heard 15psi..11psi..etc..so what's the stock boost level?
Or at least what's the level where the magazines get the 13.9 sec bone stock 1/4 mile time?

14 psi is stock. With a good launch, that's good for a 13.9 quarter mile. I'm sure the fuel pump is begging for mercy at that point, if it's stock. They were barely adequate at the time.

I have the stock fuel pump, hotwired in my 86 GN. I am into the 12's with my set-up as stock. Bigger injectors and pump won't do you any good if you don't need the fuel. Tuning is where it is at, along with simple tweaks and some porting and polishing on the turbo and intercooler will work marvels. Good luck!
