I bought a walbro racetronix fuel pump from Gbody and it was missing the plastic connector that changes the factory ground wire from a two pin connector to a single pin connector. I called Gbody and they said thier other kits did not have it in either and that the photo on the web site was 5 years old. Brian said it was a redundant ground and it is not needed. I would still like to get the connector if possibly before reinstalling the fuel tank. Has anyone else experience this. I tried contacting racetronix but keep getting a autoresponder e-mail to try the vendor that sold it to me. Does anyone have an e-mail address that I will actually be able to contact someone at racetronixs to get the connector.

Every time I sent an e-mail to Jack you get the auto respond but then he mails you later & usually within 24 hours? Was it a weekend? Maybe he's on holidays as he has always got back to me ASAP? I can tell you others that have the same experience.

PS: Take the ground from the pump & screw it to the tank body on the corner & frame as well. The Racetrononix supplies a clip in their kit.

I sent one e-mail to apparently sales late friday afternoon and got the auto respond to send it to support so I did that this morning so I will give it another day and see how it turns out.

Thanks

If you dont hear back tonite just send 1 more. He does get busy at times. If still no answer he may be away on holidays? Jack is a good guy so just try again.

I think they may have other issues. I tried sending an e-mail from work and received a did not deliver error thinking it may be some kind of blocker from work I tried it at my house and got the same error message.

WHAT NOW?

If Brian Sold you the Pump & said it was from Racetronix then talk to him? I am SURE he knows how to contact Jack if He is selling Jacks parts?

you have a picture of what you need? i might have it.

Thats weird cuz I got one from Jack 2 years ago & it had that on it? Altho, I may not have used it. Could have one kicking around as well. Give me a couple days. What I did was drill a hole into the cover & with a bolt inserted & double nuts. Then run the ground wire to the bolt (inside) & from the outside it goes to the tank & the frame. I know Overkill!! But I had Too Many ground issues for me over the years. Works perfect!

The e-mail issue has been resolved and the customer's part is being shipped.

Thanks.

I was going to let a thread that racetronix was helping me out and you already took care of it! Thanks again for your help:D
