I recently purchased the walbro pump and wiring kit. I received the instructions for the pump but not the harness. Does anyone have the instructions that could be scanned and emailed?

We ALWAYS send the Buick instruction link and added info with our tracking / shipping email once the item is sent.

Some people do not get it and a suprising number of people do not bother to read our email????

I am not trying to piss anybody off here!:) I have both the paper that came with the harness and the email. The paper only has the information from the web page. The email only has the tracking number and information on the shipping. It does not have any information about the installation. I found the installation information after doing a search about the same subject.

Thanks a lot guys. I am square now.
Jack,
Email is not as reliable as you might think it is. Especially for those of us that live in the boonies and are on dial up. There was actually not an email to read.

my 55 dollar rjc power plate at least came with a one page instruction sheet...duh?3cent piece of paper sure is nice when you pay so much for something

Since mid summer all tracking info emails have included the link to the installation instructions. 1of1547 you ordered you kit in early summer. In tc86gn's case he did not receive the email? If someone does not receive an email with the tracking info please email Racetronix and we will send it again. Please don't wait until the last minute when you are ready to install the kit to find you don't have instructions. I will start to include a note with each kit showing the instruction URL.

Duh? .... gnturbo we decided to post the instructions on the net for many good reasons. A 3 cent piece of photocopied paper in this case would not suffice. I have news for you, to produce and print a nice color manual costs a lot more than 3 cents, more like a few grand. These days people tend to be very price conscience so anything we can do to keep the quality of our kits high and the cost down is preferred. Heck, you even get to review the installation before you buy the product now that has to be worth something? ;)

Gee, I wonder if people who have bought the competition’s product use our installation link too? :D

just kiddin' pal ok?But seriously I have your walbro setup in my car and I love it,I personally did not need instructions except up to the point where I ended up with an extra two wire plug that did not go anywhere and I learned after calling you that I had to cut my little harness on the fuel pump instead of using the direct plug in deal.Thtas all I was saying is a sheet, one sheet ,with some tips and pointers would be nice and It is only 3-5 cents for a single sheet.I dont think any one expects a novel printed on kodak photo paper.Don't take offense you have a great line of products and I will buy from you again and have been telling everyone I know(bragging)about how nice the racetronix walbro 340 set up is,so I am already a customer but with a suggestion ,just take it as that and by the way not everybody has computers to look up all the instructions, its crazy but true.Any way peace out and keep up the good work:)

Jack, that page is a great service to your customers. I dont think it leaves any questions.

But can I make one suggestion? NEVER use an incandescent droplight near the fuel tank. I know that was just you working in your shop, but PLEASE get a flourescent and use that instead. I dont wanna see you get hurt.

Not harping, just dont wanna see you get hurt.

HAHA, Tell that to the cheap owner at the garage where I took the pictures. I always use fluorescent work lamps in my shop. ;)

There was no MIGHT about it. I did not receive it or the tracking email. Why do you insist on questioning this? It looks like a great product. That is why I ordered it. I never expected to have to look for the instructions electronicly.
If someone does not receive an email with the tracking info please email Racetronix and we will send it again. Please don't wait until the last minute when you are ready to install the kit to find you don't have instructions.
Just because I asked for the instructions do not assume that I am waiting till the last minute and am ready to install the kit only to find I do not have the instructions. Actually I am still waiting to get a sending unit too so I can do both at the same time. I am a mechanic and do not really need them anyway. I just thought I would review the suggested installation Instructions.I am almost sorry I asked now. Your business is the first that I have run across to send a tracking number and directions via email. I never expected that or received it till I emailed racetronix back and asked for the link. They responded quickly.

I am cool. I just didn't know where you were coming from. I will always look to your business as my first choice for fuel and electrical components and tell others of your superior products.
When I upgrade my injectors, I will be looking to you first.
Do you have a sending unit?? lol. I am still hunting a new one.
