Which fan blade design is better to move more air? Five wide blades or six skinnier blades?

Assuming all else is equal, 5 wider blades should move more air than 6 skinnier ones.

To many variables that are unknown, maybe one motor spins faster than the other, only way to truly compare is have them side by side and find out which one moves more air than the other
