Radiator Fan Stays On after car shut off

Hello
Lately my radiator fan stays on and on and on after I shut off my 87 GN. It stays on much more than needed and my battery has gone dead a couple of times already.

Bad fan delay relay. Its the big one on the driver side fender. Unplug it, or replace it.

Problem solved, I unplugged the Relay on the meantime whle I get the replacement that I ordered

I disconnected the Fan Delay Relay and my problem was solved for a few weeks, the fan did work while the engine was on...pretty fast may I say.

But know the fan does not work at all and the car is overheating when stuck in traffic.

I still do not get my new Fan Delay Relay that I ordered.

I would appreciate any insights

The two small relays in front of the large fan delay relay are the low and high speed operating relays for the fan while driving.


They are probably defective also. Worth replacing on an old or high mileage car. About $12 I think each.
