i have a professionally painted radiator hold down that bolts up to the buick, but doesn't have the tabs for the electric fan. the paint is perfect, black just painted. It can be used with a custom electric fan w/ a bracket welded to it. This radiator hold down was brand new and i had it painted and realized it didnt have the tabs for the fan. 75 Shipped anywhere in us. thanks email if interested cobra9797@yahoo.com
