After radiator flush, how much coolant is used to refill stock radiator.

Depending on your location, most use straight distilled water with some sort of water additive (Redline water wetter, purple ice). If in a cold climate 1 gal of straight antifreeze would work.

None in warm months or climate like here where it does not freeze overnight.

Adding coolant will run hotter than antifreeze, mis-named coolant, than water with an additive like RMI-25.

So what is the ballpark number? If I have to buy distilled water, how much am I buying?

IIRC I usually buy 4 gallons and end up with extra.
