Hey guys and gals, may seem kinda weird but one of the most AMAZING options on my 2001 GS is the radio antenna in the windshield.

Now I am on my 2nd antenna on the GN and everyone already knows how much of a PIA it is to replace them, so my question is this:

Does anyone know of a vendor or a place that sells a windshield for our cars with an antenna in it or if not has anyone done it in the past like a DIY type?

Thanks to everyone who helps, it is GREATLY appeciated!

Hey, Brandon, me again...
Most auto glass shops should carry 'em (or be able to get 'em)
I'm pretty sure it's an '84 W/S that had the integral antenna
There are a couple of posts about this topic; some have had mixed results...
HTH!

Think it's earlier than that more like 81-82 windshields.

Gbody parts sells the wiring from the radio to the antenna. I am going this route also. You need to get a 1983 or older windshield with antenna and then drill out or punch out the hole in the firewall to let the lead pass through. For the most part, and I have searched this extensively, they seem to work about the same or a little less than the fender antenna. If you have a newer radio they seem to work better and if you live in a city (close to radio station transmitters) they seem to work better also. I will post when I get mine done. I live in the country and have a stock GM CD radio. I currently have a Dakota Digital antenna and it sucks big time.
