I just finished installing the dual fan setup and plugged everything up and low and behold....NOTHING, not a spin spark shock not CRAP...i am somewhat irritated because i spent 2 hours putting this fan into my car only to start it up and sit for 20 mins watching temps rise, anyone that can help me out, i am going to go check the fuse now, i though all that it took was take the old one out and place this one in, only mods were physical to the fans...

Not that i know of....now what fuse is the fuse for the fan and where is it...i did not see it un der the dash....i am getting PISSED OFF....ohh well just let my car sit in the garage some more....

Switch the 12+ wire from the end terminal to the center terminal and try it again. If you are trying to make it run from a switch wired to any of the high speed switches it will not work unless you switch the terminals around. If you want both manual and automatic control (ECM) then you need a jumper so that 12+ feeds through from both terminals of the connector B and C with A being ground. HTH, mine did not work until I switched the wires.

I just tried what you said, NOTHING, are you SURE that A, B, and C are what you say they are....just making sure, i have not seen anything yet....hasnt kicked on yet...i am thinking about just testing the fans by running them right off the battery and making sure it works....i still have not seen them turn on YET!!!

Check the rlys fuse and make sure it is okay.

Check the black/red wire off the low speed relay to the fan and see if it is hot when the water is warmed up to the normal low speed turn on temperature.

Put power directly to the fans and see if they run. Need to figure out if the problem is in the fans, the adapter harness, or the original wiring.

Ok heres what i did, checked the fans right off the battery, they worked...from there i placed a ground off of the black wire, apparently i was not getting one anywhere else and never thought to place one in the adapter harness thinking that there was a ground ELSEWHERE??? Well that was it...i am not sure that A is ground,??!! I believer C is ground and A and B are +12....could just be that my car is backwards, ohh well, fans work like two jet blasts compared to the stocker....on the way back from the store a wonderful STICK somehow managed to pop one of my rear tires sooooooo time to get back to work....thanks for the help!!!!!!!!

Ohh and one more thing, that damned adapter harness is not plug and play in my OPINION....would of been easy as hell if there was some form of instructions but NOTHING, just the harness and fans....if i could do it all over again, make your own damned harness and figure out the ground and voltage yourself, you end up doing it anyways by the time you figure out how to get the damned thing to turn on with the harness....just my opinion but perhaps someone who promotes this product will tell me how it will work straight from the box....

Check your fan relay, I got the same kit you describe and everything went on perfectly. I plugged the harness in and it clicked on at 165. You might have some other electrical gremlins getting in the way.

Must be, thats pretty strange....perhaps someone swapped the connector wires on the fan assembly for some reason....now the fans kick on @ 160 as well as being on a switch..they were not hard at all to install, just figuring out the wiring was a pain...i must say these move 2-3 times the air the stock fan moved, i can feel the air through my front mount AS WELL as through the GRILL, pretty impressive....also they fit TIGHT, once i trimmed the sides off, the four tabs that is, the whole assembly Popped into the radiator...well it didnt pop, more like it was FORCED to fit, once it popped in all i had to do was zip tie the top of the fans through the radiator....you cannot see it anyhow once the top piece is placed over the radiator, also my front mount piping runs right in front of the 2nd fan, less than an inch of space, my alky bottle sits on the second fan assembly and looks like it did with the single fan, actually sits better, i did not make anything on the bottom bracket as of yet, the fans actually sit so tight i seriously did not have to place anything on the top, they fit that TIGHT...anyhow they look awesome and work twice as good as the stocker....temps went down dramatically but ill repost later as soon as i see 90+ weather, i am in tennessee now so who knows when that will happen:D

On the original harness (per service manual):

A is +12V for low speed fan on. Blk/Red wire.
B is +12v for high speed fan on. Blk/Pink wire.
C is ground. Blk wire.
