Random chime

My car chimes for no reason car off and no key in it? I've tried looking for any loose connections under the dash and no luck. Chime sounds in no particular time frames and won't stop just keeps going then its quite for how ever long it wants and then chimes again all random.

Has anyone run into this problem?

Mine chimes when the headlights are on. It doesn't matter if the car is running and doors closed. The only way to stop it is to turn the dash lights off. I've read that it might be a ground problem. I'll check into this spring.
