rattling noise after letting off throttle

Check the intercooler bracket on the psgr side, where it bolts to the block.....
The bolt might be loose..

changed the water pump, my pulley has a little play in it but the worst news is that sound i been searching for is my rod bearing

How did you determine it was the rod bearing?

Before tearing into the lower end, just for giggles check the torque converter and flywheel bolts. They can occasionally mimic a bad rod or main bearing! I hope you luck out!
