rattling torque converter

I'm sure the answer will be call dusty and get a PTC. I wish I had a buck for every time I saw that posted, I could buy another TR.

I would bet my car on it as everyone is on the PTC bandwagon.

I could be wrong but I doubt it.

There are many choices, it just depends on what you want out of the converter.

Some of the guys and their equipment have a reputation for a reason though.
I guess it's because it is - earned?
Sure you could dink around trying another brand just to be - different.
But how many times does one enjoy changing out a TC?

He's one of the vendors that sells a good converter at a good price.

Like I said many choices out there and it comes down to what the goal of the car is that dictates which converter one should go with.

If driven on the street and into the tens I would stay with a lockup, track car with some street use most recommend the PTC NL.

Others are just as good, BA BA black sheep have you any wool yes sir yes sir three bags full.

When everyone does the same thing no one is different. PTC is good for some but they aren't the only kid on the block my friend.

so you say ptc 3000 stall lock up I think it is 450.00 I do not know much about converters just can not stand that rattling it drives me crazy I do not need a strip car just a weekend cruiser ,car had this when I bought it 2 yrs ago has precision t-44 turbo # 43 injectors tt chip 3" terry Houston downpipe 70mm high flow plenum and casv4 intercooler ... the guy that works on my car said the 3000 stall was for my car to run better off the line with the slightly bigger turbo . he said allows it to spool better .

Or you can get a pro torque they all will meet your needs.

Dave sells good L/U converters and Dusty likes to sell N/L converters to the street/strip guys.
