Rattling Trunk Lid

When I drive down the road I can hear my trunk rattling. What is the proper way to adjust this so that it stop?

did you try to adjust the rubber stops on each side of the trunklid?

I had to adjust the rubber stops just to get my decklid to sit level (so the middle spoiler piece matched up with the ends). Should I adjust the lid itself to make the spoiler level and then adjust the stops to take up the slack? Thanks!
