This is Art Carr's (California Performance Transmissions) 9" non-lock converter, part # 19930. It is his "P" pump stall. It is roughly a 3200 - 3400 stall. It is the tightest ones he makes.
I used it for a GT70 P trim turbo and it spooled it without a problem. It should work great with any 63, 66, 67, or 70 turbo.
I went 10.4's @ 130 mph and pulled many 1.4 60 foot times with this converter.
I had our local company (TCS, Langley, BC Canada) open it up and inspect it, and it is in perfect condition.
