really need some help for coating my headers

I am getting ready to get them coated and they only do 2 colors black for high temp and silver chrome for up to 1400 temp would I be wasting my money on the silver?They said it could come off at higher temps so if I do not race my car and don't really drive it a lot would the silver hold up or go with the black they are doing them wensday and help guys?

I got matte aluminum ceramic coating rated at 2000* for my T, but I forgot what brand the place used. If it doesn't hold up, I'll be going back to them and making them recoat the crap with the jet hot coating.

When I had mine done they coated the inside with a high temp black and the outside wit med temp silver, Kind of looks like rattle can silver. Not real shiney but it hasn't discolored in 3 years of driving.

BCD Coatings in Just across the state line in TN. But you could at the time drop them off at R&R speed. That was 3 years ago though.
