Really short shifting

Hey guys, my car is not revving or shifting after I swapped out the o2 sensor. It short shifts to third but wont kick down if I punch it and it wont hit od at highway speeds. What could this be? I just got the tranny built 1000km ago.

Dumb question, but by any chance did you unhook the tv cable from the throttle linkage?

No I didnt. It only did it after my o2 change
