I see that the repro driver's side seat back ash tray has a shift and day option on it. Do those stickers come filled out with some random shift or what? How do we go about getting them filled out?

I'm pretty sure the one Kirban sells comes already filled out with fixed info. Not sure who else sells these or allows you to specify your own info. I don't remember what mines says but will check it tonight if I remember. First day of College Foot's, I may not be coherent by nightfall :D

Kirbans repo. I might have one laying around somewhere. If you want it let me know.

That would be nice but, I was just wondering what was supposed to be in the blank spots. Were they ever filled out?

The one on my car is worn. Thats why you don't see all the info. The one I'm going to send you is a brand new repo that is completely filled out. Let me go find it first then I can tell you exactly whats on the sticker. Give me a few minutes..

Sticker says: "THIS SEAT WAS MADE BY THE NORTH UNIT CUSHION ROOM ON DAY SHIFT AT BOC FLINT ASSEMBLY 4300 S. SAGINAW ST. FLINT, MICHIGAN 48557"

I'd send you a pic but I don't have access to the wifes camera phone. But it looks just like the one in the photo only this one is brand new.

Yeah, send me 46 cents to cover mailing cost. Lol! Fugetaboutit! Just PM me your info and I should be able to drop it in the mail today or worse case tomorrow.

"Ashtray"..slight smile
For "someone in the back seat"...snicker
For "someone in the back seat,,,and,,,. smoking no less"...hysterically laughing

Although I have bought a couple and found in the bottom of that rusted out ashtray - almost like treasure - cigarette butts!

As hard as it to wrap my mind round someone sitting in my back seat smoking a cigarette while being thrown around like a rag doll, T-tops out, cigarette ambers glistening on the Palex, and the mere thought of someone trying to steady their hand and aiming while putting the butt out on that tiny ashtray gives me shivers...
I always thought "What? - was this car like the one in the movie Joe Dirt?" :D
