My car is at the body shop. I provided the rear bumper fillers. I am getting quoted $547 to paint and install the rear bumper fillers only.

Is that a fair price? I thought it seemed high.

I was thinking 3-4 hours labor at $75
Paint = ? $50, not much to paint

Total = $350

Here is the breakdown of labor hours from the shop
1.8 hrs r&r rear bumper
2 hrs each to repair/reinforce fillers (these are the Gbody fillers, paint is a bit anal and wants to make sure they will last)
1.4 each to paint
.5 hours to buff

Thanks in advance.

That is dead on with book time. I however would charge more repair/install labor because I know how much work is involved in making them ready to paint, and fit properly. There will easily be $150 of primer, sealer, base, and clear on these.

A friend of mine had his prepped and painted for around $250. He did the fitment/installation himself. They were fiberglass. Given that, is another $300 for professional fitment and install too far off? Seems somewhat reasonable to me.
