Rear Bumper Fillers

It's time to replace the rear fillers. I know this is a very common problem. I did a search to find out which is better ABS or fiberglass since the GM pieces are currently $310 each, and did not find much information. I don't know which one I should buy or where should I get them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just picked up a set of rear fillers, abs, from Jays GN at www.JaysGN.com when I had my car painted and the fit and look great.
