Removing the rear bumper looks super easy - remove 3 bolts on each side. ALternatively, 4 bolts per side will do it too. Is there something i'm missing? Gallon of PB Blaster for the rusted bolts?

PB Blaster is recommended. But beware that the rear bumper assembly is very HEAVY! Try having a pair of jackstands up under both sides before you undo those four bolts on each side. Other than that, piece of cake. Be careful of your bumper fillers....they might be brittle and break.
