Guys, what is the technical name for this part, and where can I find it? I have searched ( prob. not using the proper keyword to search ), but could not find them. Thank Sal for the picture.

Possibly highway stars,gbodyparts or kirbans. One of the three should have it. Cant really tell you the tech name,im not that smart.
