rear end question?

purchased 87 gn this weekend basket case has funky rearend has like a traction bar, 1/4 plate bolts between cover&housing two 1"rods go to front of housing bolts in front of yoke then has a traction bar that runs to tail shaft of trans like mid 80s camaro everythings looks factory or aftermarket but my 86 gn is not like this rearend looks like came in car (rusty old bushings stock bolts etc) rearend is 8.5 posi has anybody seen aftermarket traction device like this for these cars? any help would be appreciated thanks

Would like to see pics sounds almost like the GNX suspension package. I know they sell those parts aftermarket. Post some pics
