I have a clunk in my rear end and the pinion seal is leaking quite a bit so I'm about to install new axles and bearings, Ring and Pinion and rebuild the differential. In 1989 I installed a Reider Racing limited slip carrier in my peg leg GN. The part # was GM10/LSH. It has a clutches and an s spring and was a direct bolt in replacement.

I have 2 questions:
1- does anyone know if this is an Eaton Carrier and if the Eaton type replacement
clutches will fit?

2- who makes the best stock 3:42 ring and pinion gear set?

Drivetrain specialists has the rebuild parts you need.

I'm partial to the motive gear brand myself.

Jegs and summit brand are made by Richmond.

I got the differential out. Can anyone identify who made it?
