rear linelock

Has anyone ever tried a lineloc on the rear brakes? I thought that with it you could stall it up the same every time and leave off of the last bulb with the button.

There is a "line lock"that applies all the brake psi from front and rear of master cyl to the rear brakes. Can't remember the name though.
