rear negative camber

hello boys and girl; The last few days I've seen this import drive by with a boat load of it. Those tires aren't going to last very long. I don't get it he's driving it to work and not to the track. IMO very stupid or he owns a tire store.

hello; That's a new one one me. But I have heard of a tire with differant componds thru it so I guess that's one.
