Rear Sway bar question

Anybody know why the rear sway bar on some cars sit tight against the differential housing and doesn't touch on other cars. I want the ATR bar. I am against the housing now and worry the ATR bigger bar will not line up with the holes in the control arms as it will surely be pressed against the housing.The cure?

You should not have any fitting problems with the ATR bar. Ive used it with both the stock control arms and now Metcos.Neither were even close to the housing.Only with the Metcos did i have width problem, due to the bars funky construction.

My stock swaybar didn't touch the bottom of my diff. till the jerk that painted my GN decided to jack it up by that so he could move it around in his shop.
