Have you ever known a guy who thinks he knows a whole lot about everything, but in reality he really knows a lil bit about nothing? Well thats me, Last weekend with the help of a board member from Rockford with a super slow TTA;) I bolted on a T63e thinkin the car was gonna take off right into the elevens but after takin the first test drive my face looked like this:( . It wasnt til reading a three day old email from postal that I went out and actually checked what he said might be the problem. Sure enuff he was right, I have two big exhaust leaks one at the 3bolt flange and the other at the downpipe flange. I guess I should have taken things a lil slower during the install, in order to go a lot faster all the time. Anybody know the best place to get flange gaskets?

I think www.johnsperformance.com sells the gaskets. I think they are Turbo Riviera gaskets you can also find at the local parts store. But if you've never used a gasket there, you may not want to start...check a few things first.
When you installed the turbo, before connecting anything else, you should tighten the 3-bolts on the uppipe flange first, this will make the best seal possible cause nothing else is pulling the turbo in different directions. Use some Hitemp copper RTV, just a thin smear around the flange.
You'll also need to adjust your WOT fueling as the bigger turbo will flow alot more air, and cooler air, at the same boost levels as you previously ran with a smaller turbo....so watch for high EGTs and low O2s and any Knock.
